The Challenge

Procter & Gamble wanted to extend their Tide range with a handheld, battery-powered pre-wash stain removal brush. The aim was to create a consumer-friendly device that combined practicality with comfort in everyday use. To achieve this, they needed to transform early sketches into ergonomic models and functional prototypes that could be tested for usability, comfort, and cleaning performance.

The Solution

Working closely with P&G’s design department, our team developed the concept through a series of ergonomic prototypes and functional models. Using our 3D printing technologies, we produced prototypes that allowed rapid iteration and real-world testing of both the brush ergonomics and integrated features. By progressing from sketch to tangible models quickly, we provided a reliable pathway to validate the design before committing to tooling and large-scale production.

The Results

  • Delivered functional prototypes ready for ergonomic and performance testing.

  • Enabled P&G to validate usability and refine features before launch.

  • Accelerated the product development cycle, reducing risk and cost.
