We’re excited to share an important update from the AME-3D team.
As part of our continued growth, Jamie has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Dan has been promoted to Operations Director. It’s a big moment for us as a business—and one that reflects how far we’ve come.
Growing the Business, Together
Jamie has played a key role in shaping our commercial direction. From building strong relationships with customers to expanding our reach across the UK, he’s helped position AME-3D as a trusted partner for product design, additive manufacturing, and low-volume production.
Now, as CEO, Jamie will be leading our overall strategy—focusing on innovation, customer experience, and making sure we continue to grow in a way that works for both our team and our customers.
On the operations side, Dan has been at the heart of keeping everything running smoothly. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of manufacturing have helped us maintain the quality and reliability our customers have come to expect over the years.
In his new role as Operations Director, Dan will take this even further—overseeing production strategy, improving processes, and continuing to invest in the technology and capabilities that keep us moving forward.
Built for What’s Next
Together, Jamie and Dan bring a strong balance of commercial thinking and operational expertise. That’s important—because the challenges our customers face aren’t getting any simpler.
We’re seeing increasing pressure around lead times, innovation, costs, and supply chain reliability. Our focus is on helping businesses navigate that—by offering faster, more flexible ways to design, prototype, and manufacture parts.
Strengthening Our Leadership Team for Continued Growth
For us, this isn’t just about new titles—it’s about building on what we’ve already created.
As Jamie puts it:
“It’s a proud moment to step into the CEO role. We’ve built something strong here, and there’s a real opportunity to take it even further—helping more businesses rethink how they design, prototype, and manufacture parts.”
And from Dan:
“I’m looking forward to continuing to improve how we deliver for our customers. We’ve got a great team and some exciting plans to build on what we already do well.”
We’ve got a great team behind us, a solid foundation, and plenty of ambition for what comes next.
