Working with XEROS on multiple occasions for a variety of parts that have utilised several of our technologies including vacuum casting, MJF, SLS & SLA 3D printing, this time they required intricate 3D printed selective laser sintered parts for their applications. These were turned around within 2-3 days due to our widely available off-machine slots which many of our customers, including XEROS, benefit from.
These SLS 3D printed parts contributed as part of their filtration XF1 range which are integrated into any washing machine to help trap microfibres that our clothes release. Independent tests show it is the highest performing filtration device available, capturing over 99% of microplastics and over 80% of cellulosic microfibres.
