We worked with Sheffield interactive specialists, AIVAF, to SLS 3D print high-quality parts for their Shrewsbury Flaxmill model with a 2-3 day turnaround.

SLS 3D Printing

For their recent project, they were tasked to create a model of the redeveloped Shrewsbury Flaxmill that was going to be displayed within the building itself. For this model, they needed some high-quality 3D parts printed which were going to be used to represent the structural supports within the building. With this being a model that would be displayed in the Flaxmill itself, it was crucial that it truly represented the building and that the 3D printed parts were as accurate as possible. 

Being located close to us in Sheffield, we visited them to discuss their needs and requirements for this project. From this, we were able to discuss SLS/SLA options, quote, and turn around the SLS-manufactured parts within 2-3 days. 

Impressed by the quality and speed of our 3D printing services, AIVAF came back to us for more iterations of their part and has now found their new local low volume manufacturing partner.
