We’re happy to announce that we have expanded our in-house manufacturing capabilities with the addition of fast, cost-effective FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing.

FDM allows us to support customers during the early stages of product development, providing a practical solution for jigs, fixtures, functional prototypes, mock-ups and early-stage testing. By producing FDM parts in-house, we can offer faster turnaround times and a more cost-effective option where high detail isn’t required.

FDM is particularly well suited to applications where speed and functionality matter most. It enables teams to test fit, form and function quickly, helping identify design improvements before progressing to higher-detail or production-focused manufacturing processes.

This new capability complements our existing range of 3D printing and manufacturing services, allowing projects to move smoothly from early-stage FDM prototypes through to more advanced technologies as requirements evolve.

By continuing to invest in our in-house capabilities, we aim to give customers greater flexibility, reduced lead times and access to the most appropriate manufacturing process for each stage of their project.

If you’re working on a project that needs fast, functional parts without unnecessary cost, our FDM service can help. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
